Thakur Ajit Kumar Singh is a seasoned professional with over three decades of diverse experience across Banking, Stock Broking, Insurance, Forex, Office Automation, and Telecommunications.

He holds a B.E., M.B.A., and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Investment & Tax Planning, reflecting a strong blend of technical and financial expertise. Over the years, he has held leadership roles with reputed organizations such as HSBC, HDFC Securities, Max New York Life, Xerox Modicorp, Centrum Direct, and Hughes Telecom, among others.
His core strengths include business development, sales & marketing, financial product distribution, training, and process design & implementation.
At present, he is the Founder of Graded Financial Services — a one-stop mall of financial products and services — and M/s Quick Turtle, an executive placement and training firm committed to connecting talent with opportunity.

Mr. Shri Prakash

Senior Advisor

Nuclear Power Engineer with 35+ years of leadership experience in design, Plant procurement, execution, and regulatory coordination of LWR (VVER/EPR) and PHWR nuclear power plants including coordination of commissioning and first approach to criticality.

Former Chief Engineer, NPCIL (retired Oct, 2023) with a proven record of steering mega power projects design, procurement, construction coordination, achieving regulatory clearances on schedule. Lead coordination of international collaborations with Russia and France, from Technical assignment, DPR to contracts documents and execution of projects till completion. Basically a control & instrumentation expert, having exposure with Design safety reviews, QA, digital system verification, and project coordination at the global scale.
